Palmbrook Funding does not lend money, make credit decisions or sign funding agreements with you. The word Funding in our name describes what owners come to us for, not something we provide from our own accounts.
No approval is promised
A request sent to Palmbrook, or passed on by Palmbrook to a partner, carries no promise of approval. Partners use their own yardsticks, and plenty of requests end in a decline.
Partners set every term
Amount, interest rate or factor rate, fees, term, collateral and any personal guarantee are set by the lending partner and written into its agreement. Go through every page of that agreement before you sign.
A merchant cash advance is not a loan
With a merchant cash advance, a funder buys a slice of the receivables a business has not collected yet. The funder collects its share from sales or deposits until the agreed amount has been remitted. It is priced with a factor rate rather than an interest rate.
